High chair, travel cot (no linen). Bed linen and towels provided. Initial supply of fire wood. Off road parking for 2 cars. Multi terrace garden with, small pond, decked seating areas, and sun room with central heating. NOTE: The lane up to the house is steep and narrow, accessible by cars but not any larger vehicles. NOTE: Due to steep garden and pond please ensure small children are supervised at all times.
